REFUND POLICY
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Auto Dealer Licensing, LLC provides administrative license-application support services and compliant office-space leasing for Wisconsin wholesale motor-vehicle dealers. Because these services involve immediate administrative work, reserved office capacity, and regulatory coordination, refunds are limited as described below.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable once paid.
The License Application Support Service Fee of $1,000 is non-refundable once services begin. This fee covers administrative and consulting work related to preparing and submitting dealer license documentation. No portion of this fee is refundable if the client withdraws, fails to complete required steps, or if the Wisconsin Department of Transportation denies the license application.
The LLC Formation Service Fee of $500, if applicable, is non-refundable once the entity formation process has started.
Any additional consulting or administrative services agreed to in writing are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $400 is required under the Commercial Lease Agreement. This deposit may be applied to unpaid rent, late charges, administrative fees, penalties, or other amounts owed under the lease. Any remaining balance will be refunded after the lease is terminated, provided all obligations are satisfied and all property and dealer plates are returned.
Monthly Rent
Monthly office rent payments are non-refundable once a lease month has begun. Early termination by the client does not relieve the obligation to pay rent for the remainder of the lease term.
Termination and Default
If the agreement is terminated for cause including non-payment, misuse of premises, violation of law, or other material breach, all outstanding balances become immediately due and no refunds will be issued.
Dispute Handling
Clients must contact Auto Dealer Licensing, LLC at admin@thedealerconsultants.com with any billing questions before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved disputes are handled according to the dispute resolution provisions in the Services Agreement.
